    Instructions for filling up the online Registration form:

  • This is an electronic Registration Form for Delhi Public School, Sector-122, Noida only. Please read the instructions carefully before filling up the form to avoid rejection of your form. Please fill the boxes with the required information.
1. The Registration process consists of two steps :
  • Step 1: Filling up the Registration Form (fields marked * are mandatory)
  • Step 2: Registration Fee Payment (non-refundable)
2. Before beginning the registration process, please keep the following ready:

A. Documents required (Scanned copy) :

  • Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation / equivalent authority.
  • Recent Photograph of the Applicant [ File type: .jpg/.pdf, Size : within 250 KB]
  • Please avoid using special characters in the form & attachments(e.g. ~,!,`,%).
  • Final Report Card of the Academic Session 2022-23
  • Proof of Residence (Ration Card issued in the name of parents (mother/father having name of the child), Domicile Certificate of child or his/her parents, AADHAAR Card / Voter Identity Card / EPIC of any of the parents. Unique Identity Card of Mother / Father / Child issued by the Government of India / Electricity Bill / MTNL telephone bill / Water bill / Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.)
  • B. Your credit card/ debit card / other banking details. The cost of Registration Form is INR 2000/-. The form shall be considered for Admission Test, only after successful payment of Registration Fee.


      3. After filling the Registration Form, please check all the details and spellings and click on the `I Agree` button and proceed for online submission of non-refundable Registration fee.
      4. Immediately after payment, a Registration number will be generated and an acknowledgement mail along with the link of the preview of the submitted Registration Form will be sent to the email Id mentioned by you in the Registration Form. You will not receive an email if the transaction fails. In that case, you are advised to try again.
      5. Please keep the copy of the filled Registration Form and acknowledgement slip for future reference.
      6. No change will be entertained by the school in case of an incorrect entry.
      7. Please note that submission of Registration Form does not guarantee admission to the school.
      8. Please do not call at the School Reception to seek further information. All important information will be uploaded at the website periodically.
      9. The syllabus for the Admission Test will be sent as attachment to the mail ids (both father and mother) after successful registration withing 3 working days after registration.
      10. There is no need of Submitting the hard copy of the filled form to the school
      11. The date of admission test will bw updated on the portal. Keep checking the Admission link for regular update.

      Please Note : Transport facility in school bus is subject to availability of seats on the existing routes or Stop. Requests for customized routes for school buses will not be entertained. Please check for the availability of transport facility before taking admission.
    Criteria for filling the Registration Form:
    • Only applicants scoring 80% or above/equivalent grade in the Final Exam of the Academic Session 2022-23 are eligible to apply.
    • Year-wise co-curricular activities in which the student has excelled is to be filled in 100 words under the ‘ Co-Curricular Activities’ section in the Registration Form.
