NURSERY ADMISSIONS

SESSION 2023-2024

ONLINE Application Form shall be available on the website from Tuesday, August 09, 2022 onwards.

• Hard Copy of Application Form shall NOT be accepted. No queries shall be entertained at the School Office
• Children residing in the close vicinity of the school shall be given preference.
• Only those short-listed, shall be called for Registration by paying the amount of INR 2000 by online and thereafter Interaction / Admission Test will be conducted.

AGE CRITERIA FOR CLASS NURSERY

• Between 3 years to 4 years as on April 01, 2023. (Children born between 1st April 2019 and 31st Mar 2020 (both days inclusive)

PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION

STEP 1 - The Enquiry Form to be submitted only through ONLINE process (No payment is required). Kindly note the Enquiry Number received at the end after successful submission of Form for future reference.

ONLY FOR SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES

• STEP 2 - After receiving the confirmation call, payment of INR 2000/- is to be made online through the link received to the registered Mail ID within the time frame mentioned. Receipt of the registration is to be kept safely for future reference.
• STEP 3 - Once the registration is done details regarding Date and Time for Interaction in Offline Mode shall be updated on the portal.

DOCUMENTS to be uploaded at the time of online application

• Passport size photograph of Child (Size 300 KB, Height & Width 300 dpi)
• Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation (Size 300 KB, Height & Width 300 dpi)
• Proof of Residence (Latest Electricity bill / Ration Card / Telephone Bill/ Adhaar Card/ Driving Licence/ Rent Agreement or any such document acceptable by Govt. of India as Residence Proof. Passport shall not be considered as proof of residence ) (Size 300 KB, Height & Width 300 dpi)
• Sibling Proof (ICard for Session 2022-23 / Latest Fee Receipt) [If Applicable] (Size 300 KB, Height & Width 300 dpi)
• Please avoid using special characters in the form & attachments(e.g. ~,!,`,%).
• Father / Mother Alumunus Proof [If Applicable] (Size 300 KB, Height & Width 300 dpi)

• Transport facility in school bus is subject to availability of seats on the existing routes. Request for customized routes will not be entertained.
