Since the resource person has done her specialization in ‘Left and Right Brain Teaching Methods’, ’Multiple Intelligences’, ‘Experiential Teaching Methods’ and ‘Creative and Activity teaching Methods’, so more emphasis was laid upon how to identify, treat and engage the left side brain dominant and right side brain dominant children. For that she suggested different types of activities for children, some disciplines have to be followed by teachers and parents like not to scold the child so many times by different persons at school or home for the same reason. She also gave some ideas of lesson plans which should be short and crisp. She also explained why some children are not liking some subjects when they go in higher classes but are force to study the same. So here how NEP is helping those children in choosing the subjects of their choice. She emphasized on STEAM AND SHAPES. The resource person made the training interesting by incorporating many icebreakers and activities into it. She concluded the workshop with a thought that as teachers we need to appreciate every child as every child is different and never label a child.
