(It is mandatory to furnish the following documents else the Form will be considered INVALID) - A photocopy of the Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation if applying for class Nursery and Prep
- A photocopy of Child’s Aadhaar Card
- A photocopy of the Proof of Residence (Latest Electricity bill / Ration Card / Telephone Bill/ Aadhaar Card/ Driving Licence/ Rent Agreement or any such document acceptable by Govt. of India as Residence Proof. Passport shall not be considered as proof of residence)
- Registration Fee of Rs 2000/- to be paid in Cash
- Admissions for Session 2022-23 will close on 27 October 2022. Last date of submitting the filled forms is 27 October 2022.
